2. KNOWLEDGE is power so start understanding what it going into your body and to gauge what calories you are burning off. Read the food labels! Download a calorie app! Get a step counter! There are so many tools that can assist you on your journey.
3. WRITE DOWN YOUR FIT DREAMS AND GOALS Writing them down is the first step to living them. It helps you to visualize where you are going and with a realistic timeline.
4. A PROPER TRAINING PROGRAM. This goes hand in hand with point 3. Everyone has a different view when it comes to the ideal body. I can help you with a program whether it be to lose or gain weight. Just to tone or to build muscle to compete.
5. THE PERFECT DIET …oh gosh the D word all women hate. The key is balance! You need to eat healthy. I’m not talking miniscual amounts here! It’s all about eating well! Again everyone is different so I can give you something custom for you!
6. SUPPORT AND LOVE. No one can ever have enough of either, especially when it comes to changing your life around. I’m here with you every step of the way! It’s a long journey and keeping you happy and motivated is of utmost importance!
