Who Is This For?: Fitness Levels From Beginner To Intermediate
Duration: 8 Weeks – Workouts 4, 5 or 6 Days A week
Training: Body-weight based exercises and household equipment such as chairs, steps and your bands of course. Program changes every 2 weeks

- A Set Of Dumbbells (Optional but you can use other objects in your home provided they are of a similar weight)
